Coins are the in-game currency for Lunar Client. They can be purchased and used for purchases on the Lunar Client Store.

What can I purchase with Coins?

Coins can be used to purchase emotes, cosmetics and other items on the Lunar Client Store. Coins, Lunar+, Jams, and Radio cannot be purchased with Coins.

Can I transfer Coins from one account to another?

Unfortunately, we do not offer the ability to transfer your Coins to another account and do not typically offer refunds. If you believe you are eligible for a refund as per our terms of service, please make a payment support ticket.

Can I gift Coins to my friends?

Absolutely! Coins make for the perfect gift for any occasion (or just because!) and let the recipient choose from the hundreds of cosmetics on the Lunar Client Store. Coins can be gifted through the gifting system on the Lunar Client Store when authenticated with Microsoft.

Where can I see my Coins balance?

Your Coins balance is currently visible on any page on the Lunar Client Store when authenticated with Microsoft. We aim to add more ways to see and use your Coins in the near future!

Where can I buy Coins?

Accepted Answer

Coins can be purchased in the "Coins" category of the Lunar Client Store or by clicking your balance visible at the top of any page on the Lunar Client Store. An individual user's Coins balance is capped to $500.

Do Coins Expire?

No! Coins remain on your account for as long as you keep your account with us. Your balance is stored safely and is tied to your UUID (this uniquely identifies your account and never changes).

Why should I use Coins?

Coins are the easiest way to make purchases on the Lunar Client Store. As an added bonus, purchasing with Coins offers a 5% discount on your final price, on top of any other discounts, including your Lunar+ discount. Purchasing Coins also includes bonus Coins, depending on the amount of Coins you choose, so there's so many reasons to use Coins!

Can I exchange Coins back to real money?

No, Coins can't be exchanged or redeemed for real money, and they cannot be refunded or transferred between accounts.

Will I gain Gift Gauntlet points for gifting someone Coins?

Accepted Answer

No, gifting Coins does not count towards Gift Gauntlet points. It will however still count towards your number of gifts!
